After the flood of Spring 2006, the basement of our Lodge was severely damaged.  From this disaster, we have started anew and have taken on the project to rebuild our Lodge basement and in the process, upgrade and modernize the building.  Although this is a monumental task, we have come together as Brothers with a vision of a fraternal room that would not just be a 'basement' but a place where we can gather as Brothers and Friends to spend time together.  A place that we can be proud of and that will live on for future generations.  This page is a testament to that vision.   Please check back to this page.  We will continue to add pictures so our Members and Friends can see how our Lodge is progressing.  2008 will be a Year of great things.  Please contact the Worshipful Master if you would like to help with our Basement project.

In these pictures you can see the water damage to the basement.  The members pulled together and started the process of cleaning up.  It was decided to rebuild and in the process, upgrade the basement of our Lodge.  The old kitchen was torn out.  Notice the windows and doors.  These have been replaced.

The original stone walls of the basement were sealed.  Modifications were made for drainage.  A new sump pump was put in including a backup power generator system.  The old ceiling was taken out and reinforced with additional beams.  The old wiring was removed.  The old oil burning furnace was removed and a new heating system was purchased.  As the process of remodeling continues, we are working on installing a new bathroom and a new kitchen area.  The wiring has been completely  upgraded.

Our brethren have put in many hours of 'Sweat Equity' into this project.
Special thanks to ALL the Brethren who have helped!
